The 2024/25 Premier League schedule was officially announced on June 18, 2023. It features 380 matches; all 20 teams will play 38 matches each, including 19 home and 19 away games. The 2024–25 Premier League season will celebrate its 33rd year as the top football division in England, marking the 126th season of elite English football.
The season will begin on August 16, 2024, marking 89 days from the conclusion of the 2023–24 season on May 19. The 2024–25 season final round will take place on May 25, 2025.
There are twenty teams that will participate in the 2024/25 EPL, which include 17 last-season teams and three promoted teams of the championship. The three promoted teams are Southampton, Leicester City, and Ipswich Town. Ipswich Town will make a comeback after a twenty-two-year hiatus, while Leicester City and Southampton will return after a one-year break. They will take the place of Sheffield United, Burnley, and Luton Town, who were all demoted to the Championship after spending just one season in the top division.
